To be clear: Nerro records payments. It does not take them.
Your members pay you the way they already do, in cash, by transfer or on a card machine. Nerro is the record of it: who paid, how much, by what method, against which membership. There is no gateway in the middle taking a percentage, and no card details anywhere in the system.
That means no transaction fee, and it also means Nerro cannot collect a due for you. It can tell you the moment one is outstanding, and message the member about it.

Plans that match what you actually sell
Monthly, annual, whatever length you like. Day passes for walk-ins. Off-peak rates for the members who only come at eleven in the morning, priced accordingly.
Freezes that do the arithmetic
A member travels for six weeks. Freeze it, and the end date moves by exactly that much when they come back. Nobody has to remember what was agreed in March.
Discounts your staff cannot overshoot
Set the most anyone is allowed to knock off, and the system enforces it. A receptionist under pressure at the counter cannot give away more than you agreed to.
A receipt for every rupee
Printable, with the payment reference on it. Cash reconciliation at the end of the day shows what was taken, by whom, and how.
Trainer commissions, worked out
Set a rate per trainer. Nerro calculates what each of them earned this month from PT, and gives you a statement you can print and hand over.
And it tells you where the money came from.
Revenue by plan and by month. What personal training brought in separately from memberships. Which of your plans people actually buy, and which one you have been selling to nobody for a year. If you run more than one branch, all of it side by side.
None of it is a report you have to build. It is the same screen every time you open it.
