Terms of Service
Last updated 20 August 2026
These terms cover using Nerro, both for gyms that subscribe and for members whose gym signs them up. Using Nerro means agreeing to them.
Who these apply to
Gyms that subscribe to Nerro, and the staff they give accounts to. Members of those gyms who use the Nerro app. A member’s relationship over fees, access and gym rules is with their gym, not with us.
What we provide
Software to run a gym: memberships, payments, check-in, staff and trainer accounts, reporting, and an app for members. Every feature is included on every plan. We do not meter members, staff or storage.
Nerro records payments. It does not take them. Money passes between a member and their gym directly, by whatever means they agree, and we are not part of that transaction.
Plans and payment
- Monthly and annual plans, priced in Pakistani Rupees, each covering one branch.
- Additional branches are priced separately. Ask us and we will quote.
- Annual includes the door reader hardware. On monthly it is a separate installation charge.
- Fees are paid in advance. Monthly can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the paid period.
- Annual is paid for the year. If you cancel partway through we do not refund the remainder, but you keep access until it ends.
If a payment is not made, we will contact you before doing anything. We will not disable a gym’s account without warning, because that would lock members out of a building.
Hardware
Where a door reader is supplied as part of an annual plan, it remains our property while you are a subscriber. If you stop subscribing we may ask for it back, or offer to sell it to you. Installation into your door, turnstile or gate is done by a local installer, and the safety behaviour of that equipment stays their responsibility and yours.
Your data
Your members and your records are yours. We do not sell them, mine them, or use them to build anything for anybody else. If you leave, ask and we will export your data in a usable format.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nerro to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack the service. Do not share staff logins between people, since the whole permission system depends on knowing who did what. Do not attempt to reach another gym’s data.
Availability
We work to keep Nerro running and available, but we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and problems with your own internet connection can all interrupt it.
Your front desk can check members in by hand when the internet is out, and everything syncs when it returns.
Ending it
You can stop using Nerro whenever you like, on the terms of the plan you are on. We can end an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, and we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first where that is reasonable.
On the way out you get your data, and we delete what we no longer need.
Liability
Nerro is a tool for running a gym. It does not give medical, fitness or financial advice, and nothing it shows a member is a substitute for professional advice. Decisions you take about your business, and decisions a member takes about their training, remain yours.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
