Nerrofit Privacy Policy

Nerrofit does five things:

• Shows a check-in code you hold up at the gym to get in
• Shows your membership: which plan, when it runs out, whether it is frozen
• Lets you log your own workouts and body measurements, and see them charted over time
• Shows targets your trainer sets for you, if you train with one
• Delivers messages from your gym, such as a renewal reminder

There is nothing else in it. No feed, no adverts, no games, no chat with other members.

This is the information the app itself collects, because you entered it or because using the app created it:

• Your email address and password, used to sign you in
• Your height, which you enter once so the app can work out BMI
• Body measurements you choose to log, such as weight and body composition
• Workouts you choose to log: the exercise, and the reps and weight of each set
• A record that you checked in, created at the moment you scan your code at the gym
• A notification token from your phone, so your gym's messages can reach you

Everything above except the check-in record is optional. The app works if you never log a single workout.

Your gym created your membership record before you ever opened the app, at their front desk, in software you do not use. The app reads some of it back to you:

• Your name and membership details, as your gym entered them
• Payments your gym recorded against you, and when
• Your check-in history

The app does not collect any of this, and cannot change it. Your gym decides what is held about you and why. If something there is wrong, your gym is the place to get it corrected — they are the only ones who can.

• Camera and photo library — only if you set a profile photo. That photo is saved on your phone and is never uploaded, so nobody at your gym and nobody at Nerro can see it.
• Notifications — so your gym can reach you. Decline it and the app works normally, you just will not get messages.

The app does not ask for your location, your contacts, your microphone or your calendar, and it does not read anything else on your phone.

• It does not track you across other apps or websites, and contains no advertising or analytics trackers
• It never sees a card number, CVV or bank login — Nerro records that a payment happened, it does not take payments
• It does not sell your information, or share it for advertising
• It does not show your training or your measurements to other members

If your gym runs a leaderboard, other members may see your first name and how many days you attended. Nothing else — not your weight, not your workouts, not your payments.

Your workouts and measurements are yours. Gym staff do not browse them.

The one exception is a personal trainer, and only while you are actively training with them: your trainer can see your workouts, your body-composition trend and the targets they set. That access ends when the personal training period does. Trainers cannot see members who are not their own clients — that is enforced by the database itself, not by hiding a button.

• Supabase — stores the data and handles signing in
• Expo — delivers push notifications to your phone
• Resend — sends email, such as a password reset you asked for

These process data on our instructions. They are not permitted to use it for anything of their own.

You can delete your account from inside the app, under your profile. You do not need to ask anyone, and nobody can stop you.

Deleting it does the following, immediately:

• Your login is deleted, and you can no longer sign in
• Everything you logged — workouts, body measurements, nutrition targets — is deleted outright, not archived
• Your name, email, phone and date of birth are erased from your member record

What stays: your gym keeps its own record that a payment was made and that somebody checked in on a given day, because a business has to be able to account for its own takings. Those records are no longer attached to your name.

For as long as you are a member at a gym using Nerro. Delete your account and the personal parts go immediately, as above. Your gym’s own financial records outlive that, without your name on them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your sign-in stays in your phone’s secure storage, not in ordinary app files. Who can read what is enforced in the database rather than in the app, so a member cannot reach another member’s record even by tampering with the app. Your check-in code expires within seconds and works once, so a screenshot of it is useless.

Nerrofit is not intended for children under 13. If a gym enrols a younger member, a parent or guardian should hold the account.

If this changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top.
